No. While it existed it was not in general usage. Invest in a good tin plate and cup. If you're going for real poor a cedar shingle will work as a plate but that tin cup was priceless and used for everything from coffee to a shovel.

I whole-heartedly agree with Johann.....It did exist, BUT you're going to have a more accurate portrayl using tin or wood. To me, when ever I see enamalware at an event, I am reminded of a "modern day" camper who is trying to make himself feel more rustic and "mountain-man" like......
