I don't know about yours but my local library will get me digital copies of journal articles for free, using the inter library loan service. Have you tried reaching out to them?

Found it in Conn. State Library. In contact with them now

He was my great-great grandfather. Did you end up finding it? He went on to be a pretty well-respected professor of philosophy and theology at Princeton.
