From my personal library. Years ago Charles D. W. Canhamm II put out a large format (11 by 15 inches) portfolio of West Point uniforms (10 total uniform plates). H. Nackowicz did the illustrations. No year was given. This portfolios are on the rare side and I am not sure they are on line. If you are interested in a particular year let me know.

Note the bicorne hats are wore side to side verses the later style of US bicornes which were worn fore-and-aft. Compare the boots shown here with the footwear in post #2.

Here is the distinct uniform of 1810. Compare it to the uniform plate in post #2. Sorry the format is to large for my scanner to include the whole uniform description.
