This is pretty cool- an early political button, although it was laughingly displayed as ' one of the first'. THAT is untrue, there having been political buttons since the first cave man could hang an etched stone around his neck, " The other guy sucks dinosaur eggs. " Maybe it's one of the first buttons using a photograph who knows?

Required no print since it's a white hand over a black hand in friendship. Gave me chills when I first saw it, thinking about the men and women who endured long years, centuries, in anonymous bondage, waiting for a friend.

It's only a pic- anyone comments politically gets this pinned somewhere painful. :angel:
