OK What If crowd. Now is your chance to create your dream Brigade, dream division and dream Corps.

Please create 1 brigade from existing historical units and then create 1 Division from existing brigades. Don't forget to include your Division commander. Then create a corps from the dream Division adding up to three more Divisions. All divisoions other than the dream division must be existing historical Divisions.

Make mine Wilder's Brigade of mounted infantry. They've got mobility like the cavalry. They've got Spencers repeaters and fight like infantry. They're historically correct too. [beer]

Jeremy:

Understandable and forgiveable attitude. Consider 'tho that this very same attitude helped the Confederacy believe that it could whip the Union.

The best

The best brigade was the Iron Brigade...the 2nd, 6th and 7th Wisconsin along with the 19th Indiana. Later joined by the 24th Michigan. The Secesh hated going up against them. This unit never budged an inch unless specifically ordered to do so (more than the Stonewall Brigade can say). If it wasn't for the Iron Brigade we'd all be saying y'all these days (observe the first day at Gettysburg). The 1st Texas "slipped the leash" and attacked the brigade at Antietam. It cost them 82% casualties. A tougher bunch didn't exist.

My Dream Union outfits:

..definetely want to be shoulder to shoulder with them Iron Brigaders. Although it might make more sense for me to cower behind them!

Southern outfits: Jackson must be my Corp Commander/Rodes must be my Division Commander/Gordon must be my Brigade Commander.

Regiments:The 6th Alabama Vol. Infantry,The 7th Tennessee Infantry,The 1st Texas Volunteer Infantry,The 4th Virginia Volunteer Infantry,The 31st Georgia Infantry

This was tough to do...with some very close 2nd choices.

(My apologies to the Western theater...I am ignorant in that regard.)

VS..etc

Ok Here is mine choice. I know I may get chastized but anywho

Army Commander = John B. Hood

Corps Commander = Thomas Jackson

Division Commander = George Pickett

Brigade Commander = Hiram Granburry

Regimental Commander = Alexander Terrell
