December Cook Awards

December 1 starts the new Cook Awards period. The month will be divided : Dec.1 thru 16 and Dec. 17 thru 31st.

This month has many holidays. They include:

Hanukah Dec. 6 thru 14

Christmas Eve and Christmas Dec. 24 and 25.

Kwanzaa Dec. 26 thru Jan.1

and

New Years Eve December 31st.

I know that many of you have favorite recipes for this month. December is also National Fruit Cake Month and National Eggnog month. It is the time for great cookies and candies.

Hope many of you share your favorite recipes and stories about your favorite foods for these holidays.

I decided to divide month Dec 1 thru 15 and Dec. 16 thru 31. Just posted award winners for Dec 1 thru 15.

Hope many of you post for the last half of the month. We have Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years' Eve. Know there are many who have recipes for these holidays.
