It is hard to believe we have made it back around again so quickly. This is the final PotM contest for 2017. The next PotM Contest will not be open for entries until the second week of January 2018.

Have voted, but it was not an easy pick. So many, too many, wonderful photos, all deserving, but alas only one can win. Yet all are winners. Thank you all for posting, sharing, and entering your photos.

Respectfully,

Still mulling my choice, but leaning to Choice 4....
Choice 1 appears to be copied from Bertel Thorvaldsen's famous rock relief Lion of Lucerne in Lucerne, Switzerland. It was hewn in 1820 to commemorate the Swiss Guards massacred while defending the Tuileries Palace in Paris in 1792.

Wow I’m really torn on this. There are many many that are very worthy of the honor.

Ha I’m glad I didn’t submit one, there are too many great photos. And I kinda forgot when the deadline was...lol.

I've narrowed it down to five, simply by eliminating the elaborate ones that, frankly, are not to my taste. Now if I could only vote for all of my top five!
