Thanks, I've had those on my calendar. Some of the boys from my northern group are going to the first one in April but I don't think I can make that one. Probably be there in July.

Any way to get behind the scenes on Aug. 21-22? Could be useful in my studies. I will probably stop out for the Cavalry battle on the 7th and 8th as well.

My unit will be at the April Battle, and I plan to be with them. We're aiming for all the CW events there.

Generally at most events the public is welcome to go anywhere and mingle in the camps with the reenactors. Last year due to the plague restrictions they tried to keep the public separated. Not sure how it will be this year, I hope back to normal at least by the summer events.

It was a nice weekend in April. The spectators were not allowed in camp. Don't know if that will hold for July or after. It was so good to get back out there and see everyone again!
