After the Confederate Charges at the Battle of Malvern Hill did he really say "Give me Confederate Infantry and Yankee Artillery and I'll Conquer the world!"

I think it has been attributed to Hill, whether or not he really said it. No matter, it's a pretty good way to describe the strengths of the respective armies.
