These are different, although I have found occasionally a map at LoC that was used as the basis for one in the OR Atlas. This really is a huge collection.

Andy, this is excellent to know. I really like the first one you posted, showing Hampton Roads and Fortress Monroe. It's rather astonishing to compare that image with a current aerial view of the same real estate.
