Recent Find Cut down Potsdam Musket

I recently acquired this cut down musket at an auction marked 1837. I'm thinking its a Potsdam conversion but wanted to share here and get people's thoughts.

Yes, your identification is correct it is a "Potsdam" musket, aka a Prussian M1809/39 or Model 1809/12 UM.

The buttplate markings identify the gun as having been issued to the 9th Landwehr Regiment.
