Custom High Quality Flags

Gentlemen, my SCV camp is trying to have a custom Camp Flag made and I am having trouble finding a reputable flag maker to do this for us (also one that wont take 5 years to do it).

Any suggestions on who I should contact would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
