"Cooking USA" is by Georgia Orcutt and John Margolies. It includes 50 favorite recipes from the fifty states. Each recipe is a signature recipe from the particular state, including Banana Pudding from Alabama, Chicago Pizza from illinois, Santa Fe Chicken from New Mexico, Pulled Pork from South Carolina and Buffalo Stew from Wyoming, to name a few.

It is beautifully illustrated and has some facts or history on each recipe. It is a wonderful way to sample a signature meal from all fifty states without ever leaving your kitchen.
