STOPOVER, Ky. - Peyton Hurley served as a soldier in the Civil War in Company H, 10th Kentucky Cavalry Confederate States Army and was honored in his death last week. Pike County Heritage Commission member Chris Coleman and his wife Andrea played a large role in obtaining a Government headstone for Hurley.
