Hello everyone. Im new to the forum and looking for some help. I recently aquired a Confederate parade flag circa early 1900's and I'm trying to get an idea on it's value.

I have no idea as to it's value but in case you didn't know, that's a third national flag which was adopted only shortly before Lee surrendered the ANV so it wasn't used very long. I can't really tell from your pictures how large yours is: full sized ? And just curious, but how do you know it's circa early 1900s ? Where'd you get it ?

We've got experts who I hope will soon chime in but I am interested. Thanks for dropping in.

Home previouslyrics owned by family near Fort Tyler in West Point GA. As far as time period I'm going by what I've been able to find on the web. It could be anywhere from late 1800'summer to early 1900's.

Welcome From The Heart Of Dixie. Please be sure to stop by the Weapons & Ammo forum. What you have is a small reunion parade flag. These were handed out at the various UCV Reunion parades. I have several in my collection of UCV relics. My favorite one is the one below from the last UCV Reunion held in Norfolk Va May 30 1951. They made tons of them and were handed out to a lot of people that lined the parade route. Sometimes the UDC would sell them for a nickle to raise funds for Confederate monument projects that were in what ever town the reunion was held. The one you have is worth about $20 $25.
