This is a 75mm resin piece by Scale 75 . Resin painted in acrylics . This is based on a Keith Rocco print and was licensed by him . The revolver and holster are not typical for what you usually see on miniatures and I don't know which model the revolver is supposed to be .

Like the attention given to accouterment details, including the cigar.

That is the first thing that caught my eye. This figure has a lot of details.

How about a Roger & Spencer?
It has that grip that flares out and the brass washer for the thru-bolt.
