Confederate jacket quiz

This is a plate by Ron Field. Who can name the four styles of Confederate jackets represented? Four "bureau/department/depot" made these jackets but one bureau/department/depot has two jackets illustrated. I will start it off, which jacket is a first pattern Columbus Bureau jacket?

To be fair to Mr. Flied he did include some photographs in the article as well. The article was fairly good but of course was not as long as a book and was limited in length.
