Civil War: West Virginia

Thanks for posting. Led me to a Hull family research project I had never seen before, 138 pages of information about our family both direct and extended. In the past two weeks, I found direct line ancestors who sat at the first Thanksgiving table together (direct line to both my Ma and Dad) but also numerous direct line ancestors and their brothers who wintered at Valley Forge (one of my dad's 4xgreat uncles died of sickness at Valley Forge.) Last year I came across some reference materials to check out the Federal side of my dad's family who enlisted in the WVA Infantry and Cavalry (8 family members I had not previously know about) and found that in addition to 2 family members who died at Point Look Out, 2 members of my grand mother's family died at Andersonville.
