Hello everyone. I'm currently conducting research on brass bands and music during the Civil War. At this moment, I'm interested in band involvement during the Centennial celebrations across the country (1961-1965). I have found and ordered some programs online, but was wondering if the hive mind here could help me since the NPS archives in Maryland are currently closed...
Do you have any Civil War Centennial Programs in your possession?
Do they mention bands, brass band names, or just "music" anywhere in them?
Better yet, are any names of musicians or bands specifically mentioned anywhere in the program?
