Goodness. You folks have been getting hammered of late years, no? I was there 5 years during which only one really freakish event happened. Besides the sun coming out three days running, I mean. ( Exmoor ) Kind of liked the eternal drizzle. It makes the coast look like either Vikings or smuggling ships must be just off shore somewhere.

Annie is correct...A mild winter so far....A little cold....but very little snow....We Always take a Cabin Fever Break and make a pilgrimage to the Burg ...This time of year.........
The weather from the Urals is a bit lame. A few snow flurries but mainly just rain. Looks like normal British weather to me.
I remember the first time I visited Gettysburg there were still snow patches on the ground. This was in March 1999. Its actually a good time to visit. The fields are quiet. Everything in town is open. No convoys of tour buses.
