What's so amazing about battlefields like this is how you have the still peacefulness and quiet wrapped around the horror and bloodshed in the same place. To know the screams and pain, blood and guts, but be able to sit in peace amidst the birds and nature and just relax and meditate or read

Very different feeling there at night than during the day. But you're right the morning was peaceful and serene.
