Some people on another forum are saying that might be a rare, "Dolphin Head Confederate Navy sword". Looks like an Eagle Head to me. I'm no expert tho. At that price, you don't even get a case with it.

Great image but its not a Dolphin head it an Eagles head and I would think it was a hand me down from an earlier war. The clarity, Id and armed is driving the price.
