Elder William Hall Dead Died at his home near Hall`s Mill, March 24th 1897, Elder William Hall, aged 73 years, 10 months and 24 days. He was a primitive Baptist minister for over 40 years - Had been moderator of the Roaring River Association for about 30 years. He leaves a wife and a host of relatives and friends to mourn their loss. The love and esteem in which he was held was manifested by the large number of friends present at the burial - There were about three hundred. Awhile before he died he said to his dear companion; "Mary, don't weep after me; we won't be parted but a short time, and the change will be such a glorious one." He had great faith in the love and goodness of God. Let us all by the Grace of God try to meet him on the banks of sweet deliverance, were parting will be no more.
