Can I pick your brain? The Fifth Maine at the Battle of Gainses Mill in 1862 exceuted a change in front to while under fire from Stonewall Jackson's troops. I get in concept what happened, a regiment in line of battle, in two ranks, was facing one way and it shifted to face another direction, I believe 90 degrees to the left. But how is this done? Thanks!
