chancellorsville - does 30 mins make all the difference?

What if Howard had been a little more diligent and had detected Jackson's attack? Let's say he figured it out with 30 mins to go, could his corps had put up a stand? Or asked another way, how much time do you think he needs to get his men into line to put up meaningful resistance?

If the flank attack fails, could this be the beginnings of a massive Hooker victory and maybe even the crippling of the ANV before Longstreet returns and before the Union's enlistments run out?
