Can anyone guide me to a good Sutler who sells real good tins for cart. box?

Make sure you measure your cartridge box interior dimension, and call for their exterior dimensions. Sizes may vary from manufacturer. I know it happened to me. Luckily I could trade around. I bought some to big and my son had a set to small for his box. Soo it worked out ok in the end.
