In Carlisle Penna. in Ashland Cemetery with other US veterans are the remains of a MOH recipient.
"Capture of flag of 19th Georgia Infantry " at Fredricksburg '62.

Cart was born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1843. He enlisted into the 7th Pennsylvania Reserve Corps

This same plot also contains the remains of 500 more vets, mostly all unknown.
