Hello,

I realize this is a stretch but I am hoping for some guidance in where to look?

My uncle sold these last year, they are family letters and it upset my dad that they were sold and I was wondering if anyone had received/bought these letters, knows anything about them, or if anyone would know where I could search or who I could contact?

Hello, Addison and welcome. Are you trying to learn who purchased the letters? If so, I think all you can do is contact the auction house and discuss your intentions with them. I'm sure they will guard the privacy of the purchaser, but they might be persuaded to transfer a message to that person or persons. As you say, it's a long shot, but all you can do is try.
If I've misunderstood your intent, just come back and clarify here and you'll probably get good suggestions and advice.

That is my intent! I may try to do that, although it was a year ago so I'm not sure how lucky I'd get... but thanks- I hadn't thought of trying to get them to send a message!
