The original fleece liner is present. It also has the cleaning pick inside.

Right as rain, it has the two slits for the Bannerman restrike small US plate put on after the war.

Shouldn't, just means that there is a strong possibility that it was a surplus piece sold to Bannerman after the war. The piece is in great shape and you should be proud to be the owner!
