My friend JamesN (James to several of you) has posted many excellent pictures on the forum. One thing he does every year (for the last few) is a Christmas present for some of his friends. He compiles some of his pictures into a Civil War calendar. It is a very useful wall calendar, and the pictures are great. He and Buckeye Bill really seem to know how to line up pics! He told me how he does this, but I forget - not sure if he sends them in or of its some kind of a computer program. This years theme is "Hallowed Ground", with many cemetery pictures.
Now I've gone and done it James! Everybody is going to want one!!

Now that the auction is over, and I'm suffering some disappointment at not having the opportunity to buy a calendar, this might just be ideal :) I especially like the title and theme. Maybe James can tell us if there's any on offer.

James N. qho do you use for printing? we'd like to be able to print more calendars, but shutterfly just isn't a good option for larger orders. they are too expensive.
I'd like to know this as well!
No you wouldn't - since I only make THREE of them annually (two for friends and traveling companions members @mkyzzzrdet and @1863surgeon and another for myself) I go to Walmart, use their machine (it usually takes at least a couple of hours or more), and pick up the results in a day or so. Last year I went for their on-line option which made for sturdier calendars on better paper @$20, but this year I reverted to the in-store ones on admittedly cheaper paper but only @$10!

Thanks! I'll have to keep looking! Shutterfly is in the same ballpark. There must be someone who makes calendars in bulk for resale. Lol now to find them!
