I came into some Civil War era moulds that are not the usual suspects and I'm hoping folks here can offer at least some direction to makers, origin, etc.

I decided to post each one separately instead of clumping them.

Contestant #3.
All brass, well made, professional casting. I've seen the scissor type mold before. The hinged plate is new to me. Went my whole life without seeing this variation and this is the second that came in in 3 weeks. They are similar but not identical.
