Recent Find Bugle era?

Picked this up from a house clean out, thinking it may be good as there were Civil war items bought out by another picker previously and this may have been overlooked in the mess. Opinions welcome.

Nice bugle, Its so hard to tell with these as they used way past the CW. Is there a makers mark down on the bell end? Also, if the mouth piece is original to the bugle than its post war as they were also brass on all CW bugles I have seen.
