Brothers at the Front

Hey everyone, I wanted to share something I've been working on for a while. My family has a collection of Civil War letters written by two brothers, James and Willie Wade, from Williamsburg, NY, who both served in the Union Army. They wrote home to their parents between 1862 and 1864.

My dad had them professionally transcribed years ago, and I recently put everything together into a website with transcripts, images of the original letters, some background on the family, and a few funny or interesting excerpts.

If you're into firsthand accounts, camp life, or just the everyday perspective of soldiers, you might find it interesting.

Here's the site: https://brothersatthefront.com/

Would love any feedback or thoughts from folks who know more about the period or the regiments mentioned in the letters.
