Brigadier General Alfred W. Ellet

Not sure what we should call him. An Army general with a ram fleet maned by soldiers and civilians and tasked with forming The Mississippi Marine Brigade. He was a very young man and I am not sure what we should think about him. The Mississippi Marine Brigade are viewed by some as little more than looters.
