I wanted to share with you all a historic ghost town that I live right down the road from. It is called Bellefonte and was the Jackson County seat from 1821 until 1859. All that is left now is a standing chimney, and a cemetery a few yards down the main road. It was destroyed by the Union during the civil war. The cemetery is very creepy and very old. Down the road now is two nuclear plants which were built by the TVA. Just wanted to share this historic ghost town with you all.
