Baked Cabbage
One medium sized head of cabbage, two eggs, one teaspoon of salt. and one pint of milk. Chop the cabbage, boil in salted water until tender, then drain. Beat together the eggs and milk, pour over the cabbage, and bake in a slow oven until set.
