Artillery Question ???

I dont even have a girlfriend right now lol. But the living history we was at the people putting it on wanted to bring guns and stuff to display we was the only one there. And I am also wanting a pistol to shoot and one day cowboys action and it would be the first civil war era reproduction gun I would get

I personally wouldn't carry a handgun unless the scenario required it. If I did though, it would likely be an 1851 Colt navy.
