Looks like the guy laying on the ground behind the limber is the one that sets it off. I gotta agree with Albert on this one. Too dangerous. Too many people running around not paying attention. You also have people running over to remove the wheel from the limber with a secondary explosion going off right next to them. Organization and safety is too sloppy on this video. Looks to me like an accident just waiting to happen.
