Are these 1860s ammunition, or could they be older? As far as I know, the site that they're from is not associated with the Civil War.

Two photos of the same .54 bullet from different sides.

Two photos of a different bullet. Same site, also .54 cal. The base is flatted at an angle. The tip looks odd compared to other conical ammunition I've seen, including the other bullet. It has a kind of rim or lip around it and instead of being rounded is more nipple-shaped. Impact damage, defective mold, or some kind of usual bullet?

I assume these are rifle ammo. Could they be from a M1841 Mississippi?

The .54 caliber bullets could be for a M1841 Mississippi Rifle or an Austrian M1854 Lorenz. I suspect that the .36 caliber bullet may be postwar but, as ucvrelics said, photos of the base will help identify it.

The base of the mostly undamaged conical .36 is distinctly concave.

The base of the smushed .36 is almost flat, except a very slight rim. However this might before deformation due to the impact. Photo below. The bullet is balanced on the flattened nose.
