Andersenville by John Mc Ellroy

Wow this book was written in 1879 by above mentioned author, A first hand account of prison life in Andersenville Has anyone else read it? Extremely graphic,almost unreal I can't put it down. If you have not read it I suggest you do great read. I got it from an app on my ipad , All classic books free Great find

I read it a while ago on Google Books, along with some of the other memoirs of prisoners published about the same time and the court testimony from Wirz's trial. Pretty interesting stuff, to see how they correlate and diverge.
