If you not signed up for this , any one doing research should. It is free just have sign up and give your e-mail address. Even if you don't have home subscription to Ancestry they have much helpful information and if you can get Ancestry at your library, as I do, it helps in showing what's new.
This month there is new Civil War records, New Zealand records World War I, Australia updates birth, death and marriage index, California, Pioneer and Immigrant files (1790-1950).and update on US passport applications. The files aren't there but explains them and what to look for.
