Alternate history

Hello everyone, hope everyone is doing well in these trying times , and staying safe. In my boredom from doing nothing but work and sitting around, I came up with a small alternated history setting where General Lee commands the Union Army. In this reality Virginia remains in the union and lee acceptscommand of the Union Army. 1st Manassas is still fought, but is a union victory . The Confederates retreat back to the south and the victorious union army under lee forces the rebels out of Virginia. After this point the war lasts about 3 more months until the south submits . This may be a bit far fetched, but it's what I came up with . If anyone else has any stories they have created in a alternate universe is like to hear them.

Sounds like an interesting scenario. I toyed with alternate history a couple months ago, a scenario where Gordon's attack on Fort Stedman was successful and they hit City Point.

It started out researching, then writing down ideas, then a whole book chapter up till the Lincoln Assassination. (pretty sure I started a thread on it...) before I moved on to other things and set it aside. I need to revisit it and get back to playing with it now that I think about it!
