A Lovingly Planted Tree

This large Magnolia Tree at the Georgia State Capital was planted in 1930 to honor William Wright, son of Colonel Ambrose Wright. A large plaque once graced the old Magnolia Tree. Magnolias are beautiful trees. I am just glad they didn't cut it down. Anything to do with Confederates is going to be moved. It is the times. Nothing anyone can do.
