What 3 things do US Grant, Rutherford B. Hayes, James A. Garfield, Benjamin Harrison, and William McKinley have in common?

Edit - The title of the thread indicates it's asking for five things in common, but the question says it's only asking for three. I do not know what the author of the question intended, but because of the confusion, I will grade the answers on the assumption that players need to name only three things in common to get credit for a correct response.

Edit - There are eight counties in the United States named Harrison County, but none are named for President Benjamin Harrison. Four are named for President William Henry Harrison. Two are named for men named Benjamin Harrison, but neither of those two men was the president (though one of them was his great-grandfather). The other two are named for Jonas Harrison and Albert Harrison.

Kind of a wide open question. Besides the numerous obvious that we all share, they were all born, they all died, they all drank water, etc, ....

1. All were Union Generals
2. All became US Presidents
3. All were born in Ohio

Edit - McKinley never rose to the rank of general.

The source I used have these 3 traits in common for the question presidents. There are many lists of presidential commonalities but these should be enough (such as mountains or counties named after them).

I did find out that Lincoln was shot at Ford's Theatre. The car in which Kennedy was shot was a Lincoln, made by Ford. Both were shot by three-named assassins – John Wilkes Booth and Lee Harvey Oswald and both were murdered before they could be tried. Trivia abounds. Carry on.
