I found a number of primary sources that included names of songs that were sung at Charleston during the celebration, however none of those primary sources mention that William Lloyd Garrison led the singing. This source, which I am unable to confirm, claims that Garrison led the crowd in singing Roll, Jordan Roll and John Brown's Body.
