This bayonet was dug in the area in front of the NJ brigade monument and once belong to the famous Rosensteel family collection the largest Gettysburg collection of relics from from the battle. While a majority of the relics were donated to the park a good bit remained with certain family members being sold thru the horse soldier over the years I'm Lucky to have such a great piece from a great area!
