1855/ 1861 barrel dimensions?

I recently acquired a second hand Armi Sport 1861 Springfield and thought it might be fun to turn it into an 1855 musket, The Rifle Shoppe has lock plate castings but I also need to lighten up the barrel some, can anyone give me the following dimensions for an original 1855/61 barrel?

Muzzle
At each of the barrel bands
Breech
Front sight (measured from front of blade) distance from muzzle
Also, nosecap distance from muzzle

Lock plates from the rifle shoppe do not come pre drilled. Have you done this type of thing before?

I'm pretty handy and have built a couple muzzleloaders from a blank and parts. I also have a lock I've been prototyping (Henry English pattern) so drilling and tapping will be the least of my concerns. I am hunting for some original guts, can get originals for less than the repro parts. Dimensions are really the only thing vexing me at the moment. I am planning on compmetely losing my mind and have a plan to make a rifling cutter that will allow me to cut progressive rifling in the Italian barrel.

A while back, I found a "Bannerman" made Trapdoor lockplate on the big auction site for cheap. Something like this could be used for a hole template.

I've got a sadly abused 1868 Springfield that may donate some parts.

It takes a lot to get an Armi-Sport M1861 to accept original parts, all the Italian pieces are a touch larger than original parts. Converting an M1861 to an M1855... a lot of work. Good luck.
