Not a typo. I gotta say, I've never seen a regimental history for a unit that failed to complete its organization.

But apparently there was written one. Its original recruited companies were transferred to the 16th NH, and the recruits it gained after that weren't enough to complete its organization. The book is 260 pages long!!!
