I wanted to belatedly share a few of these pictures from the 150th anniversaries of the Chickamauga and Atlanta Campaigns.
Pictures were taken at Lookout Mountain, Missionary Ridge, and Pickett's Mill.

the 1st photograph is amazing. Especially since one soldier is using his ramrod. Any reenactment I have ever attended
we were forbidden to touch the ramrod except during weapons inspection. In fact at 150th Resaca, a bluecoat pulled his ramrod during a skirmish, and the both entire regiments, blue and gray, were required to remove their ramrods and put them in a pile till the skirmish ended. What a mess sorting out which one was yours.

Wonderful! - But they still look too clean!

Unless that was the LOM living history I believe that particular shot is from the Chick/Chatt movie shoot which was an exhausting blast of a weekend!

Nice! Not a reenactor here but just wondering, are y'all with the Liberty Rifles? They are the only group that I am aware of (though I'm sure there are others) that look this authentic.
