CSS Chameleon (aka Tallahassee, Olustee) surrendered to Britain April 9, 1865. Refitted for merchant service, Chameleon was awarded to the United States and handed over to the U. S. consul at Liverpool on April 26, 1866.

Mary Dodge. She and her father were suspected of aiding rebel spy David Owen Dodd in Arkansas and escorted home to Vermont.

BONUS:

The young lady is MARY DODGE

Here is the story from wiki:

David Owen Dodd (November 10, 1846 – January 8, 1864), also known as David O. Dodd, was an Arkansas youth executed for spying in the American Civil War. In December 1863 Dodd carried some letters to business associates of his father in Union-held Little Rock, Arkansas. While traveling to rejoin his family at Camden, Arkansas, he mistakenly re-entered Federally-held territory. Discovering that he did not have a pass, U.S. soldiers questioned him and found that he was carrying a notebook with the locations of Federal troops in the area. He was arrested and tried by a military tribunal, with little defense offered for his actions. It found him guilty of spying and sentenced him to death. He was hanged on January 8, 1864. Though he did not reveal the source of the information, a young girl named Mary Dodge and her father were summarily escorted back to their home in Vermont. These events have led to him being called the "Arkansas Boy Martyr of the Confederacy".

Regular question :

My guess is that this is the Confederate warship Georgia, captured by the USS Niagara.

Question
I'm not sure I understand this question, but my answer is based on my interpretation, (and the fact that for now - I know where the trivia question is located). In the Wikipedia list of ships captured in the 19th century - during the civil war - the Bermuda is the only ship listed with a Union Jack and Confederate flag - which seems to satisfy the question that stated "Confederate Ship that was captured as a merchant vessel under English ownership".
Bermuda | UKGBI ~ CSA | 27 April 1862
My 2nd source stated some of the cargo that was seized: "Included . . a large supply of paper that was to be used by the Confederacy for the printing of bank notes, Watermarked CSA. The loss of this bank note paper was by far the most damaging of the Bermuda's cargo that was lost by the Confederates", so it was a merchant vessel, although it carried merchandise for use by the CSA.

Bonus
That would be Mary Dodge, along with her father, was transported back to Vermont for alleged helping David Owen Dodd a Confederate spy.

Edit - Answer to main question revised in post # 33.

Bonus:

My guess is that you are Mary Dodge, possible sweetheart of the Boy Hero of the Confederacy, teenage spy David O. Dodd.

"While some historians and poets paint Dodge and Dodd as sweethearts, Dodd was seen with two other girls, Mary Swindle and Minerva Cogburn.
[...]
Despite Dodd's appearance with others, most sources credit Mary Dodge as the leader of this teenage Civil War spy ring. Unlike Swindle or Cogburn after Dodd's capture and arrest, Maj. Gen. Fredrick Steele personally ordered Dodge and her father escorted back to Vermont by an armed Union guard."
